Rodolphe Saadé, Chairman and CEO of the CMA CGM Group and President of ZEBOX, Bruno Arcadipane, Chairman of Action Logement Groupe, and Bruno Lindowna, Vice-President of Action Logement Groupe, signed on Wednesday, October 15, a partnership aimed at identifying and deploying innovative solutions to sustainably transform employee housing.
Accelerating the sustainable transformation of affordable housing
To address key housing challenges — including decarbonization, quality of life, and adaptation to climate change — Action Logement will work jointly with ZEBOX, particularly in the French Overseas Territories and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.
Through this collaboration, Action Logement will leverage ZEBOX’s ecosystem to identify and test high-performing French technologies that meet the practical needs of social landlords for renovation and new construction projects.
The program, funded by ALINOV, Action Logement’s innovation fund dedicated to testing sustainable solutions, will focus on four main themes:
- Quality of life and the employment-housing connection
- Adaptation to climate change and residents’ well-being
- Renewable energies and decarbonization
- Water management and biodiversity
Concrete experiments in the French Overseas Territories and Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region
Following a national sourcing process led by ZEBOX, 40 innovative startups and SMEs have been identified. After review by a steering committee, 12 of them (3 per theme) will be selected to take part in an Innovation Challenge on November 24–25, 2025, at ZEBOX Caribbean Hub in Guadeloupe.
At the end of the Challenge, four winners — one per theme — will be chosen to test their solutions on real-life projects supported by Action Logement. Three experiments will take place in the French Overseas Territories, and one in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, where the CMA CGM Group’s headquarters are located.
