A 12-Month Program Designed for Impact
The ZEBOX Acceleration Program runs over 12 months, combining an intensive acceleration phase with long-term strategic support.
Month 1 – Kickoff
The program begins with a 3 days in-person kickoff where startups meet CMA CGM Vice Presidents and business leaders. This first step includes strategic workshops and an industrial diagnosis to identify the most relevant collaboration opportunities.
Months 1 to 6 – Acceleration Phase
During the core acceleration phase, startups work closely with CMA CGM stakeholders and ZEBOX partners through:
- Monthly meetings with business units and corporate partners
- Tailored business development support
- Financial engineering guidance to structure collaborations
Month 6 – Program Wrap-Up
Startups present progress updates and the results of the support provided during the first phase of the program.
Months 6 to 12 – Post-Acceleration
The second part of the program focuses on long-term collaboration and ecosystem engagement, including:
- Partner Days with ZEBOX strategic partners
- Continued expert support and follow-up
Selection Criteria
To apply for the ZEBOX Acceleration Program, startups must:
- Be members of the ZEBOX Club
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the industry and a clear value proposition for the CMA CGM Group
- Have a working product or MVP with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) above 5
- Offer solutions aligned with one of the following themes:
Environmental Impact
Solutions supporting sustainability and the energy transition.
Technological Competitiveness
Innovations improving operational performance, automation or data intelligence.
Employee Well-Being & Safety
Technologies designed to enhance safety, working conditions and workforce efficiency.
Program Conditions
- Duration: 12 months
- Cost: €2,000 to €10,000 total (program value exceeding €60,000)
- Selection: Startups and scale-ups are selected twice a year by ZEBOX’s Steering Committee, composed of CMA CGM Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents
- Format: Hybrid, combining online sessions and meetings at ZEBOX offices
Selected startups must be available to travel to France for the kickoff on May 27–29, and participate in high-level back-to-back meetings with CMA CGM leaders.
